The Every Year Cookies

Every Christmas I make those cookies for my grandpa. He loves them and trust me… That means a lot!

Cookies with white chocolate, macadamia nuts and caramel!

What you need:

225 g butter (soft)

175 g sugar

200 g sweetened condensed milk

350 g flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 finger twist Natron/ baking soda (if you don’t have natron, use a bit more baking powder)

circa 100 g white chocolate

circa 100 g Macadamia nuts

circa 50-70 g Karamellbonbons- e.g. Storck caramel or  “Milch Boller”

What you do:

– mix butter and sugar

– add sweetened condensed milk

– add flour and baking powder/ soda

– put small portions of the dough on a baking plate with baking paper

– press nuts, chocolate and caramel on top (don’t put the caramel too close to the border)

– preheated oven 180° Celsius –> circa 10 min

  2. The yellow stool is perfect for my son’s bedroom as it reminds me of the radiant sun which is just like my boy – warming, glowing and always feeling upbeat when he’s around. The table box is also great for when my ray of &#sg20;8on”li2ht needs to packup before bedtime.
